Lucky Baldwin’s custom trucker hats blend Western grit with refined, wearable design. Each hat features a structured front, breathable mesh back, and a curved bill built to hold its shape over time. Designs are finished with a laser-engraved leather patch, cut and applied in-house for a clean, durable mark that wears in beautifully.

Inspired by the High Country of Big Bear Valley, these hats lean into natural tones, rugged textures, and understated branding.
